SHIPPING POLICY
At Alabaster Elixir, we carefully prepare and package every fragrance decant to help ensure your order arrives safely.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.
SHIPPING
We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States using USPS Ground Advantage. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated shipping transit time is 2–8 business days. With 1 business day for order processing, total estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping costs $8.00 for orders under $70.00. Orders of $70.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. All amounts are in USD. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING
When tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
DAMAGED OR LEAKING PACKAGES
We carefully package fragrance decants to reduce the risk of damage or leakage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking indicates an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist you with the available carrier process. Carrier investigations and resolutions may require additional time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not currently available. Because fragrance products can be subject to transportation restrictions, we may introduce international shipping only where compliant shipping options are available.
