Returns & Refunds Policy

At Alabaster Elixir, we carefully prepare and package every fragrance decant to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Returns

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance decants, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

If a return is required for an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect item, Alabaster Elixir will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days after approval. Additional time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Fragrance Preferences

Fragrance preferences are subjective. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges because a customer does not like a fragrance, its scent profile, performance, longevity, or projection.

Authenticity & Decants

Alabaster Elixir sells fragrance decants that are independently transferred from authentic original fragrance bottles into smaller containers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Alabaster Elixir is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the fragrance brands represented in our store.
